Knicks should try to get Noel. The sixers just have too many Centers and Noel is a rfa after this year.

Hes going to be a force. Thats why a guy like Noah might be a big mistake--you need points out of every position and hes not going to give it.
Philly fans chanting MVP for Embiid..Game 1
okay Anthony Davis had his 50-17-5-6-4 game---when does he go on IR?
Memphis starting line up is like the D league all stars.
Houston 38 Lakers 38 after the first quarter..
Was impressed with Philly's performance. Its not like OKC wasnt trying. Still dont remember Rodruigez as a Knick. Spent his time playing in Europe wisely.
Have to give D'Antoni credit for getting Harden into buying a more of a Steve Nash like role for him. We'll see if it lasts.
Russell and Ingram are going to make a great backcourt. Will be interesting to see where they rank in a couple of seasons.

Thats how teams become good. You get high draft picks--make the picks and leave them together. Its a process. We always try to skirt the process--thats why well never win with Dolan. I am well aware of that.
Are my eyes going bad? Harden already has 16 assists?

Philly played well..I hated Sergio here..he was horrible..He is a much, much, much better passer today...Grant played well..Holmes didn't get much burn but looked good...If they have cap space for some perimeter players then watch out...They have a glut up front and can make a few trades...

hell yeah, I said the same thing to myself this morning, the days of winning games scorinh in the 90's is looooooong gone
Lakers might be a little bit of a surprise this year. They are absolutely loaded at the guard spots with Russell, Clarkson, Lou Williams, Swaggy, and Ingram. That's an ideal roster to have in the modern NBA - especially with capable vets like Deng and Mozgov and young athletic bigs like Nance and Randle... they might be better than people think.
Also, I watched the Lakers/Rockets last night. And good lord, every D'Antoni team plays the same kind of defense... which is to say NONE. Rockets are in for a long long year.
