They blasted us that first preseason game and I was thinking 'I can't wait to get these guys again when it counts.' Well, we got 'em tonight. Come out mad about last night's showing in DET and take it out on these fools!!! I don't care what Harden's been doing--that team ain't world beaters. Show some pride and win this game. Defend the home floor. Been a long time since the Garden was a tough place for the opposition. Gotta get back to that. Let's right the ship!!
Don't have a good feeling about this game. We can't out score the rockets uptempo offense and we can't defend the 3.
will smell the blood in the water and "push it out" down our throats.

The only way the Knicks win this game tonight is that they score 125 points. The Knicks don't defend and we do not have the shooters we think we have. Our bench is not as strong as we think it is. I just can't believe that all we went through about defense and we are still doing the same damn thing. So sad.

It's 3 games in. You don't even really know what we have on the bench this early on. We haven't seen Kuz play any significant time yet. I actually think the Knicks were a bit unlucky last night on many of their shots that went in and out. This is still about makes and misses, despite all the technical things and Detroit had a few guys who were really hot. That's gonna happen sometimes.
We all know they have to improve but do you just completely forget that this team hadn't been fully together in the preseason and this is literally going to be only the 4 time they've all played together?

Very true. We need to give team at least a season to play together to make judgments like this.
Its 10 new players so no wonder it will be quite ugly for a while.
