Wouldn't Baker be the best choice to earn some burn? He has the size, had the knowledge, and is already here. In fact, that is why he is on the roster.
Thats no guarantee he succeeds, but if Phil thought another was better, he would have him.
If your going to develop players, one has to be patient. Baker did some good things the other night.
Randle had 38 tonight. I didn't watch the game just saw this on twitter. Checked the box score he was 12-19 from the field, 9-11 from 3 pt range, and had 3 assists and 6 turnovers. W-Knicks scored 132.
Without Rose this team is in absolute trouble. Might as well be last years team.
i said in the other post ill say again 3 assists with 6 turnovers against low level d league defense is not that good.

And so far he's been healthier than we could have asked for or expected. Ir would be pleasantly shocking if he only missed 4 out of every 27 games for the rest of the season.

agree. i thought earlier when rose was having trouble finding teammates (early season turnover prone games), that jennings was the man for the starting job. but it has turned around very very quickly.
