I think the thinking here is that Noah is Thibs guy and one thing they are missing in Minny is veteran leadership.

ONe thing? Not sure that is the thing holding back Minny. Not sure of the timeline, but was Noah a free agent when Thibs singed with Minny?
It could have a package deal if Thibs really wanted him.
Thibs benched Noah in his last year at times.
From what I Have read there was love/hate with Thibs. He rode them hard, but they also liked the challenge. Tough to say.
