Knicks · Randle erupted today in the D League; Call him up! (page 1)

With Rose's recent back issues and injury history making him a game time decision almost every game, its obvious we need a traditional point guard on the roster and Randle is the guy!

He erupted for 38 points today shooting 9-11 from three--a Westchester franchise record! He would have made the team outright had it not been for a freak injury. He deserved to make the team. He can help the team right now. We would not miss a beat if Rose missed time with him backing up Jennings. We need him as insurance. Now is the time to call him up. Let's not wait until another team signs him to a contract. We found him, developed him--he should be with the big club!

Call him up already! Cut Ndour if you must. We need Randle much more than him. Don't know what the holdup is?!?

So true. Need PG.
crzymdups @ 12/17/2016 11:26 PM
Agreed. I'd cut N'Dour. He's a nice guy, but doesn't have a role on this team. We need a third PG badly.

I think N'Dour has a great team friendly contract and the Knicks really liked him. Also, this was a big game for Randle, not the norm since he has been in Westchester. Rose practiced yesterday. I think the Knicks are smart in giving this situation time. Baker is holding his own. I think the Knicks miss the Jennings that comes off the bench and picks up his guy full court and just goes all out when he is on the court. He can't do that playing starters minutes.

Good call
Nalod @ 12/18/2016 8:23 AM
Can he play decent enough defense in the NBA to where he is not a liability?
dacash @ 12/18/2016 9:45 AM
he has 3 assist and six turnovers against d league defense, really think he can go off for 33 points against nba type defenses
EnySpree @ 12/18/2016 10:53 AM
Scoring 38 pts is not a traditional point guard....

Nothing new here. The guy can score. What else can he do?

reub @ 12/18/2016 3:16 PM
We need Randle's 40% shooting and no defense?
