Honestly I'd let Rose walk or get some draft picks for him. His game doesn't age well and we'll at best be getting knocked out first or second round of the playoffs. Maybe it's time to play tank commander next year, try to get another high pick to pair with Porzingis and rebuild. I don't see this team making a deep playoff run.
Of the three I think Jennings shows the most promise and his contract should be reasonable. He has the ability to play team ball and can hit the three. He just wants to play in NY, let him be our tank commander next year.

Wouldn't be broken up if Rose walks at this point. Especially if he's looking for the max. If he did come back I would prefer it as an SG. Rose can move well without the ball when he wants to. Look at the way NO's PGs tried to get AD going vs. KP. Like night and day.
It appears from a distance, watching the games, that Rose is competing against KP more than he is working with him. Like he is gunning for that big deal and KP is in the way. Whatever the reason, if this is the best it gets, some big scoring nights, but it devolves into every man for yourself, then I'll pass. Its great that Rose gets to the rim (not like any PG we've had in ages) but its a given that he isnt going to pass.
Not interested in tanking, KP would have to go through a lot of losing, and that's not going to help his development. Want him part of a winning culture (at least one that is trying to win), especially while he is still learning. We've got lots of picks coming for a change, dont believe we need to go that route at this juncture.
Rose has been awful on the defensive end and is giving up 113 per 100 possessions. That is his worse # since being a rookie and the differential is also disturbing:

Jennings is a lot worse, but I like him better & would keep him on a good $# deal and hope to upgrade in front of him.
If Holiday is so good, why isn't he starting while Lee is out?
I'll keep him on a FA min type deal - but the dude is 27. He is what he is. Which is maybe what Cleanthony Early should have become. A marginal role player that can contribute to a mediocre team.

That's why you can't give him a max, it would be detrimental potential injury wise and defensively wise. I'd take Jennings and Holiday for cheap and as I said earlier if possible trade up for a high pick in a class full of Pg's.
I kind of hope they let both walk and sign CP3 and draft a young PG with high upside to slide in after Paul and Melo are done. It doesn't seem that unrealistic.

Could this be the worst defensive scheme he has played in since his rookie year of 2009 and Thibs took over in 2010?
id pay rose 2 yrs 50 mill to keep him here with rose. continue to win 40-45games and then leave when both of their contracts are up
jennings is NOT a good player. nie one yr cheap rental as a back up. id draft a young PG (DeAaron Fox) and let him walk
holiday has been a nice role player. hes an after thought to me: i could take him or leave him
Tommy Dee has been exposed years ago, cant believe anyone follows him still....lol.

Doesn't mean what he's reporting isn't true. Rose is what he is and I think he's been an upgrade for this team despite his flaws. I'm hoping he can improve his passing because that would be a boost to how this team functions.
I LOVE what Holiday gives us off the bench and I want to see him return.
BJ has been a disappointment recently but we have to see how he responds the rest of the way. Can he get back to being the spark he was earlier?
