The defense was awful before Rambis took over. It's been awful. In Fisher's first season the defense was awful. He fixed that by having training camp being about defense. This team's training camp was all about offense. Too much of this team's focus has been offense. I think blaming Rambis is overlooking that before Horny put him in charge, the team had already sucked on defense. I want Rambis gone, but certainly don't think he was the one in charge from day 1. It's been Horny's show to run, and he's the one who has pushed an older team to play as if they have young fresh legs. You can't play this way with a team that doesn't have young fresh legs, and is not supremely athletic.

This is a halfcourt team. They should slow the F down and play a more physical style. It may hurt KP's output a bit, but KP needs to be part of a winning culture more than put up good stats. I think that's the way to go, personally.

WOW - AD just DESTROYED that Courtney Lee layup attempt... he's killing the Knicks. I think KP gets nervous to match up against AD, he's playing tentatively and his shots seem rushed, even though he's been predominantly covered by smaller guys.
