That would be great.

Yeah, if the Knicks are planning to give him the huge contract ($100 mil?!) I see people mentioning, that would be the worst gamble in our franchise's history. If he plays every game the rest of the season like last night, I'll change my stance, but this seems to be just an occasional, explosive scoring game for Rose (basically a tease).

If he does what he did last night, for the rest of the season, he will be worth a lot more than $100M. Lol

I think that is why he was in the game at the end. He was setting nasty screens and also his rebounding was excellent. I see good things for him. Has good hands, works hard and has a clue.

Role players = enable your stars to shine.

I liked that Plumlee set some great picks- he actually knows how to do it. You don't need to overspend @ $72M over 4 years for a player that can help you win doing the small intangibles.

yea... you really think Plumlee is just as good as Noah? He's not

I think people who really understand basketball saw the value of HOW Plumlee played last night. I dont think hell ever be better than what Noah was/si whatever... but he played very very hard set great picks hustled and EXECUTED on defense ran the floor hard---I know darn well he could have bad games really quick--but if he can stay within what we saw last night--hard quick picks finish at rim quick aggressive defense--hes going to get PT. The guy to me who looked bad last night was Baker--he didnt look like an NBA player. That is going to happen he needs to step up and try harder.

Hornacek picked a good time to give Plumlee some PT, we needed his energy and enthusiasm. Baker has been at times the best PG on this team. Dont bail on him after one game.

Baker brings great energy and flow but he never shot well in college either so unless he improves his shooting percentage he will always be a second string player.

TRADE HIM HIGH!!! Once he decides to drive he will not look for any open players, loses focus on defense, shoots low 3pt percentage, injury history and wants a max contract. Awesome midrange and driving game but against the elite teams he will lose you as many games as he will win you. Don't be fooled. No thank you, not even $20 mil per year would I pay.
