This team can't sustain smart and clean basketball. They have moments of really good TEAM BALL and then it devolves into ISO and DIY and TO's. Just can't win playing like that. It's not about not having enough talent. It's about not playing smart TEAM BASKETBALL.

If Willy is balling and KP is sucking..Why not play Willy down the stretch?

JH once again puts Melo in too early in the 4th. He sees Jennings and Rose look horrible and waits to put baker in. Melo turning the ball over when he has one of the lowest tO% is mindbogglingly but even still the game should not have been close if the knicks would have played decent defense.

The only way it would work is if we had CP3!!! A PG that Melo would respect and who could control the ball and the game. I don't see that happening. We can't close games consistently because we don't have a floor leader! Rose is a SG and has no natural PG mentality. I think Rubio could help but only if he was mentally strong enough to take control and wave off Melo.

Only Lee and Willy showed anything. Melo doesn't look like he's going anywhere. Kuz takes one or two bad threes a game. KP looks gassed and lost. Dysfunction Junction.

I thought KP looked much better on the offensive end, i liked his aggression. It was settling for jumpers that has hurt him recently. He was fighting on the offensive boards and getting as close to the basket as possible looking to score.

that ship sailed. If melo signed here as a free agent we probably could have used those assets to get paul...he wanted to be here too
