Knicks · The refs hate the knicks it's so... (page 1)

Every game no calls for rose, bs calls on KP. Absolutely no home court advantage, d jordan fouls all the time with no call KP fouled even on the put back of Melos three to tie it, no call. Just unreal glad the commish saw it ... rose drives to the hoop more then most tonight zero free throws for rose he gets bumped and wacked in the head no calls all game long... next time the whole team should just walk off the court what's the point of risking injury without any protection from the refs .

Other teams know this they play harder defense on the knicks knowing they don't get any calls even tonight vs the clips in the 4th clips were hacking and wacking knowing refs were definitely not blowing the whistle .... this is why teams always come back on our leads at the end of games ...

I think that last foul on KP was calculated. The no call for rose was calculated, d Jordan pushing KP for the tip was a calculated no call, even KP getting shoved on Melos miss three at the end was a calculated no call... I want the commish to call out the refs esp for derrick rose I counted 8 no calls that were obvious fouls going to the hoop ... time for Phil and the team to call that out and the commish to back it up .
fitzfarm @ 2/8/2017 10:50 PM
ARE all the refs from Boston wtf
crzymdups @ 2/8/2017 11:36 PM
I agree. The idea that Rose got zero free throw attempts tonight on 20 drives to the basket is absurd.

At this point, the season is lost. But yeah some better reffed games and we'd be in the playoffs hunt right now.

Couple of really strange calls on KP, but the one that really bothered me was Jordan using his forearm to push Anthony out of the way and then Anthony gets the foul called on him...commented on this in the game thread.

The 5th foul on KP was ridiculous because he had been fouled prior to the scramble on the floor where he got a foul called on him.

Silver was at game. Should be ashamed. The problem is bellyaching about refs seeems lame. But honestly this year is an outlier in incompetence. LeAgue is turning into a farce

D Jordan should have fouled out of the game the guy was pushing and shoving to get boards on a number of occasions with no calls . If KP got the same respect how many more pts would he have dropped or just effected the game positively for us to win... there were 3 of the five calls on KP that were absolutely calculated and weren't even close to being fouls... hopeful the commish saw this ...

I'm also hopeful he saw all the no calls for rose when he drives to the hoop. The excuse of him going to strong is bs, so dose John wall who goes to the line at will . Rose should have went to the line 8 times last night they were obvious fouls... he went zero times again rose didn't go to the line once not once for a player that drives to the hoop as much as rose not one call ... that's just dumb

Are the refs doing this to us when we get leads to see a melo last shot? WTF I want some F'n answers these refs have to explain why they are treating the knicks so poorly

martin @ 2/9/2017 9:05 AM
The refs are in cahoots with the NBA to help the Knicks get a better pick this year. What's the problem?

Monk is an incredible shooter. That would be an ideal add.

This ref issue has been plaguing the team since I have been a fan in the 80s. Some games it seems like the Knicks have to play perfect basketball as they are called for just breathing on players, while the other team gets to manhandle the Knicks to no end. I remember Jeremy Lin practically getting scalped by the Heat in a game at the end of the whole Linsanity thing and a foul was never even called. It happens practically every game, especially in crunch time. I wish the Knicks filed a formal grievance with the League office about this. If James Harden got the Knicks treatment he would be a 3rd Tier player known only for complaining about no-calls.

If this is not addressed, it will eventually lead to one of our star players getting hurt in the future....

TPercy @ 2/9/2017 9:20 PM
This is becoming a serious issue if you ask me. Refs consistently calling the most bogus calls in all of our games is only going to keep hurting us in the future. I don't know why no one in our organization is doing something about this.
CrushAlot @ 2/9/2017 9:29 PM
NBA two minute report ruled this was inconclusive.

I agree. If it weren't for the refs, we'd be neck and neck with the Cavs for the best record in the East.
