You know there are going to be a ton of Melo/Bron rumors this weekend.
Let's get 'em fired up!
Actually I don't think there's as many trade rumors during all star weekend as you'd think- it's been very quiet the last few years
1. They are consecrating the bromance
2. Melo being baptized in the Posse
3. Melo a late addition given a pass to get his personal affairs together, and his family for a road trip.
4. Lebron is also tired, and given his status as worlds best player, Cav's GM, head sheriff of his consortium of high school media and financial advisors, and Dad.
5. Melo over Beal questions will be averted.
6. Illuminati Free Mason conspiracy will have Melo to Clev. Important to that deal is the knicks will trade Oakley for Bingo Smith, and Oak can retire a Cav. Since he is from Cleveland, this will work.
Why BINGO? He has a great name, and had great hair!!!!! Knicks can have a special day for Bingo, Moochie, Fly, and Wingo!
If we went to the Cavs I would actually root for them. Would rather see them win than the GS babies

Same here. I hate GSW. Unless the SSOL Rockets reach the finals then I am rooting for Pringles.

If they keep Love, then its an arms race response to Durant. I loved Cav's beating GSW last year.
Actually, I'd enjoy SAS taking them out a in the conf. finals.
I'd root for Cav's with Melo.

Yep, I find GSW annoying too- I'm routing for the cavs regardless if melo ends up there or not.
Melo was excused because he was a late addition and is getting there later then the other players.

2016 was quiet, but 2015 was insane.
Pistons have discussed reggie Jackson to magic for Augustine and Jeff green
There have been a few rumblings about knicks being in discussion with the mavs. They also had scouts at the Okc game- wonder who they're interested in.

Hadn't heard Mavs mentioned, but could be something minor like N'Dour? Not getting any burn in NY, maybe Dallas wants to give him another go.
I'd be very happy with a 2nd rounder (although I wouldn't expect much more than cash and a roster spot).

Has that been confirmed by anyone else other than tommy dee?

Sean Spicer

I've read it a few times (not tommy dee, I don't bother reading his stuff!). The stuff about the mavs scout was from a sports journalist I think (can't cut and paste because I'm on my iPad and it's a pain to do

Oh good. I read it from Incarcerated Bob who linked it to Tommy Dee. He (Bob) also said it was a three team deal and that Phil wouldn't sign off on it.
why would dallas do this...? they get an injured player and....another injured player!
It doesn't make sense and doesn't work in espn's trade machine for salaries.
If you take Jennings out of the deal and send KOQ and NDour to Dallas it works. There could be something to that. Jennings might be moved in a smaller deal to the Cavs. Melo cashes on the trade kicker and has a good shot at a title and Love gets the benefit of no state income tax.

There's no way that deal is legit.
Make it happen, captain!
Clueless about the money fit but when you think about teams, coaches and philosophies it makes a ton of sense for all 3
