Had a tape of him at half-time on the radio...He was doing an interview...Great to hear his voice.
Loved that man. Back when I didn't have cable, I listened to all of the games on the radio, besides when they were on NBC. Listening to John was a treat and I always enjoyed his insight. I learned a lot about basketball from him as well. Thank you Johnny Hoops. RIP.
