Do we still have his draft rights?
This was 2014 pick, right?
Wonder if he has some NBA level game.
Worth a training camp invite.
Louis Labeyrie, author of a second exceptional quarter-time (7 points and 8 rebounds in 9 minutes of play). On the Nancy side, only Alex Urtasun allowed his team to survive (14 points). Worse, Brion Rush injured his ankle.
Louis Labeyrie continued his work in the second half. The French interior registered two shots at 3-points in a row and allowed his team to take off (54-40). He finished the game with 17 points (4/5 to 2-point, 3/3 to 3-point), 17 rebounds and 3 faults provoked for 34 devaluation in 27 minutes. The Francilians made the difference in this third quarter (23-15) and counted seventeen units ahead (61-44).

The Knicks still have his rights. His twitter account has a ny theme. I thought his rights might get moved at the deadline. He played in the summer league the year before last and showed a lot of moxie.

His NBA position would be what, in your opinion?
Looks like a 4 man to me.
But if so, like Lance Thomas, need a 3 point shot if he wants to make it in the NBA.

He would be a 4. He shoots the euro three at 36%.
http://www.basketball-reference.com/euro...His euro stats... kinda impressive.
What stood out with him in summer league was that he was not afraid to be nasty. He was borderline dirty. Would love to take another look at him... He's still only 25

After I saw the player of the month nomination I checked youtube to see if there were any new videos. There was one that said he was in a fight. Not much there but he doesn't back down.
is the the 3rd Lopez brother?
LoLopez
What I recall of him was that he was very quick jumper. Not to overdo the comparison but McDyess-like quick twitch jump
From what I remember he was all hustle and muscle and was confused a lot on the half court sets. He could run though. He was also somewhat dirty like eny said. I like him too.
He's only 25. If he's willing to come over for a Willy type contract, or maybe a bit more he could be a great asset. He could also make KOQ expendable which might help us get a pic or some help on the wing.
wow some decent Knicks news... that said, I wish we our guard pipeline would keep pace with the bigs

agree... I think KOQ's very cheap contract and bird rights will be a nice chip this offseason. A late first rounder or a decent young wing.

Same here. I am hoping Clarence can find us a tall Euro PG.

Chasson Randle and Baker in the same year? Lottery full of dynamic guards? It will catch up soon enough
Anyone think Labeyrie will get an invite to training camp? I only caught part of the game today - he looked good, if a bit weak.
Labeyrie is not that good. I like Ndour much better.

They look like the same player... Labeyrie is a little more mobile
