It's a big game. Gotta give ourselves the best chance to win (the tank)
KP is better defender at the 4 than Melo.
Ok. Can you provide numbers to support that. Thought everyone already agreed KP is not good at 4 and Melo is better at 4?
I did a couple days ago, remote right now.
Tonight is a good example/test. As these are the types of 4's he has trouble with. Harris lit him up last game. But lets see how he does the rest of the game.
Subscribing to MSG, I was hoping for more local flavor in the ads, but the commercials are all car dealerships or kars for kids (who must be 40 by now). Give me an ad for a local pizza place. Not fing Dominos. Cant believe they actually have a foothold in NYC, blasphemy!!!
This is how our "Big 3" were supposed to look like this year. They're all playing their 'A' game during the same game for the first time all year. Too bad it took 70+ games lol
I don't think we have ever seen a lineup with an athletic big KP and Melo
We have either played smaller with Melo at 4 or bigger with a slower 5 and Melo at 3
If FORCED to keep Melo for next year I'd still start him at 3 KP at 4 but I'd trade or sign a young athletic active big like say Rudy Gobert or Lucas Nogeira both of whom are not attainable easily
I was worried about this game. Hopefully they restrict Melo's minutes but knowing the Knicks they'll play him big minutes at MSG.
Did the Knicks not receive the memo that we're tanking? Someone please pass them a note in their huddle: "Stop Balling"

See my last post on the last page, its on 82games.com
Stan Van Gundy is dumbfounded!
Did Noah give Melo some of his 'supplements' before the game?!?

The circumstances were perfect for a better Knicks performance. Back home off the road. Melo with loads of rest. Pistons playing like crap coming into the game. SMDH. I just knew this was dangerous game for the TANK. Gotta hope for a poor 4th qtr.
Damn, Rose is starting to to move the ball, move without the ball, but who knows what would happen after the ink is dry?
Our starters are shooting 27-41!!!! dammit. Time for some strategic tankery.
We are about as consistent as chromatograpphically separated gel

Yeah but Melo is playing like an MVP tonight. Making the extra pass (5 assists), 3 steals, unconscious shooting. He must have taken some supplements.

I think we all know by now, unless you are taking a Briggsian approach to Fandom

I don't think they can play at home and not try to win.

DadMelo makes an appearance.
Maybe Melo STOPPED taking Noah's Supplements which clearly work in reverse. LOL
