WTF has happened to the Pistons? Are they really 1 game out of a playoff spot?!?
Well this sucks. I'm not surprised though because we have been down this road before winning games at the end and costing draft position

Not only that - this same team beat us by 20 two weeks ago!!

I think we all know by now, unless you are taking a Briggsian approach to Fandom
My fandom goes back since before the Knicks last championship, long past anyone characterizing it.

It's a big game. Gotta give ourselves the best chance to win (the tank)
KP is better defender at the 4 than Melo.
Ok. Can you provide numbers to support that. Thought everyone already agreed KP is not good at 4 and Melo is better at 4?
I did a couple days ago, remote right now.
Tonight is a good example/test. As these are the types of 4's he has trouble with. Harris lit him up last game. But lets see how he does the rest of the game.
See my last post on the last page, its on 82games.com
Per 48? A bit off. But fair enough. However, Melo held opponents to 34% shooting vs 37 for KP. Insightful to see that at the 5 KP allowed 60% shooting and 19.9. Wow. And I have always said its vs stretch 4's. Which there are more of every year. He just gives them too much room trying to watch the lane.

Yes, agreed. Nalod should be banned from making game threads the rest of the year.
Time to let the yoots on the bench play the rest of the game!!
Rose seems to have finally figured out our offense is playing efficient. Is it too far fetched to resign him?
crzymdups wrote:Our starters are shooting 27-41!!!! dammit. Time for some strategic tankery.
Still think Triangle or the system is the problem?
We just need to move the ball
Melo came with a passing mindset early as did Rose
All game we have moved the ball exceptionally well
Just a shame they rarely play with this mentality

Yup although Detroit looks awful tonight so the bench may light them up too

I would definitely consider it at this point. I like Rose. He wants to win. He needs more effort on D. But he could be an excellent sixth man for us. Not sure if he would be okay with that.

So I guess Melo isn't the problem anymore either, huh?

Nah cut ties with him. I would consider him ONLY if he comes off the bench and a small 1 year contract. However we need a true point guard

For me, it'll depend a lot on how the draft goes.
