But he says the truth! KP is not physically strong enough to be it what we know but he not there yet, and he did break down! He Does take bad shots, he is young, he does lots of really good things as well! But Nothing Phil said was nothing new. He just said it. Kinda grumpy "get off my lawn" thing. No zen like bullshyt to smooth it out.
I like when Phil goes over my head, or around it. But he went in our face and he like got old man breath and a shytty attitude. Nobody going anywhere. Cuz tomorrow he gonna be here. As will KP, and Melo, and Dolan. Media gonna rage on about this and the "Kill Phil " crowd are like having multiple orgasms over this but at end of the day, what happened that is so got damn wrong? Melo holds the ball. Everything phil said today was have either talked about, or thought it except that KP would be a 21 year old and had enough.
Why did he? cuz he is a kid! 21 years old and media here is a crush. He'll be fine. aaaannnnnnd........He skipping like a 21 year old kind of made PHils point as well. I mean, isn't the knicks lack of success also on KP? Isn't on everyone. Or the expectation is so darn high and the kid is a weary? When all was going well he went to disney and had a good time, and it was like a dream and we all saw the future on tv with him until he started getting hurt. Now, he didn't do it on purpose, it just happens. Kid is human.
But there was Phil, just laid it the phuch out!
Thats all he did, he just said what we all saw. He didn't sugar coat a thing. He responded that any player could be traded. You know, wilt got traded, Clyde got traded, oscar got traded, lots of guys do, and phil didn't say thats what he wanted, he was asked in a press conference a question and said he'd trade anyone for the right deal. I guess its something we all talk about, but phil said it. He didn't spin a thing. Melo? Anyone here think he'd be better off out this shyt show? Anyone??? Lovers might not want to hear that, but if you like melo as a person and rooting for him to be a success, then you have to say he'd win more on anther team. Of course he would. Well, phil said it. A hater be saying the same thing. Knicks be better off without him. So lover, hater, no real like problem with the content, its just like "Damn, did Phil just say that?" And we are like "But what he said was truthful, he said bad things, but bad things happened. What he didn't say was what he gonna do about it, and we as fans hate that stuff!!!!! Im like, "Anyone want to play for a man who said THAT!!!!!! But then I'm like, what did he say that was so untruthful???
We a 31 win team and this is a bad team with bad people. Bad media too. Toxic most of the time. Painting the team bad all the time. Getting us mad, and we like it that way. Dolan won't sell, The Emperor Phil here for two years. Darth Melo turned a Jedi Unicorn to the Dark Side! We need these guys to all be good one day. They can be, every one of them. Sorry, can't defend bad behavior but also can't wave the magic wand and think new people can come here..........

Melo (with finger pointing to his head REALLY..is brain deck my jumper or the highway guy with self importance beyond anything thisbteam has ever seen. He's gotta go even if it's a straight up trade for a tuna sandwich. When Phil doesn't speak he's vilified and when he does tell it he's vilified. It's now a younger team and perhaps the losing dice 🎲 turn up a winner and we secure a Jayson Tatum or Josh Jackson. Then what? The media will still hate Phil as they need someone to hate.

Im split over all of this.
It was a crazy press conference. We all judge based on our bias, but he didn't say a thing that was out of line. But he said it.
It was awful, and yet it was cool. For all his cryptic Tweets and what not, the dude just put it out there plain and simple.
13 other teams don't have max players with NTC. And if they do, they are succeeding. That being either the team or the player.
We are beyond fault, blame, finger pointing. We just down to the raw truth.
