From giving up on a potential franchise player to destroying whatever profile we have as a management being destroyed. Fans would be going berserk! NY loves homegrown players. From LT to Jeter to Clyde. This would be a big fuck you to the NY fan base.

I'm not in favor trying to move him, but how do you say this without knowing what is coming back in return?

I guess to me he is untradeable. Not sure if you are an LT fan but in his first 2 years in the NFL he showed a lot of promise and showed that he can be one of the best. Would you be fine if George Young traded him for multiple picks? Like say the Ricky Williams trade which netted the foreskins all of the Saints 1999 draft picks and another 1st and 3rd in the following year? I would have been pissed if they did something like that. Not saying KP is going to be LT or Jeter for the Knicks but I want to experience the ride and the possibility of winning a championship with KP. IMHO, KP is a generational talent that you just can't flip for assets that there is no guarantee of being on par with what KP gives you.

Generational talent? The people that want to trade him don't view him as that. They view him as maybe an All Star level and certainly not All NBA. Your saying he is going to be on the level of Lebron or Curry I see no evidence of that. In fact there is plenty of evidence he could end up being a 65 game a year player

Are they trading him to make the team better or because he missed a meeting?
