I'd say that Melo is great, future hof'er.

The main challenge is that he needs a legit upper echelon pg to overcome underdeveloped areas of his game.

He was great with Kidd, Billups in the past. We need to surround him with players with ball distribution skills.

Not getting that with Courtney Lee (has he ever averaged 2apg over a season?), Rose, KP, really anyone on this roster.

He's improved that aspect of his game over the last couple of years to the point that he's probably an above average distributor, but it's not his game.

With respect to KP, he's not going to gain these skills practicing one on one drills.

I'd like to see the Knocks coaching staff go off the wall and play KP at pg during summer league to help develop his vision.

"Susceptible to injuries". Ewing's knees were shot not long after he entered the league. Thats what compelled him to become a better shooter, that runner at the top of the arc. Being "susceptible" to injuries is not a good enough reason to trade KP. Ewing was susceptible, so is every other 7fter.

Charlie should just change his name to Rosen-Jackson at this point.
