Hate to say it but I called it. Was worried about his slim physique being able to take the NBA pounding. Couldn't even take the summer league pounding. Hope the kid gets healthy.

Btw, Bam Adebayo is a beast.

Really, the team doesn't think it is even serious but held him out being cautious. Frank hasn't even played a game of SL does he have a physique issue? What about Monk? Lets let things play out a bit maybe.

Sorry, what positions do Monk and Frank play? Are you saying a bruised hip is as common as a sprained ankle or bumping knees?

Was his size not one of his potential concerns for most? Must be just me and every one else that realizes the physical demands the NBA places on players. Let alone having the frame for the 4 or 5? Does not mean I am saying he will be a failure. Just that he will have to put in time in the gym.

I was a advocator of drafting Isaac if he were available. Didn't know he had asthma though.

0f course he will have to put in work but so did others before him. What I liked is after His 1st game he started to take control and played with confidence. He was blocking shots, deflecting passes, and grabbing boards on top of His offensive game. Also, how many old school 4s will be have to play against? He came into the league at a perfect time for a guy his size because teams are shifting to a small ball approach.

I didn't watch any games yesterday but there was talk on twitter about how good Bam looked. I thought that was a strange pick at that place in the draft but what do I know?

Love threads that begin with "I called it, but....."

Fan of Isaac, but I saw him as a 3 to start out his career.

Have not watched his games...Any range on his J? Is his lateral movement as good as what I observed in his college vids?

I see him as a KP type in some ways...start him at one position until the weight and the muscle develop...then move him up against the next position in terms of size.
