I didn't see the game, but I love reading what you guy have to say about it. This is very good news for the future of the club.

Dotson has nice range, but what got my attention was at the end of the game before last. It was almost over, and Dotson turned the corner on a defender and got to the rim in a heartbeat. Something you would see from a legit starter. Showing different things with each game. Kept calling Greg Anthony "sir". Looking forward to seeing what kind of a backcourt Ntilikina and Dotson make.

Per analysis Dotson needs strength to get through pics and learn lots on D. He settles for jumpers and plays "soft"
Like him.

Yes, saw that also seems to have better handle than I thought originally. But need to see his defense

The other thing I like is he is racking up dimes in every game sand a few boards as well, definitely will contribute.

I like what I've seen from Dotson. His role during the regular season isn't going to be much different from what it is in summer league and I thought he did a really good job here.

He's shown an ability to get his shot off due to great elevation and a quick release. His mechanics are really good and he has great range. His on ball defense was solid and I thought he did a good job on help defense - not always decisive but that should improve with experience.

I also liked that he didn't rush things, moved the ball and didn't really take many bad shots - he's ready to contribute and looks to be a good second round find.

I'd be interested to see how Davon Reed does in summer league, as they are fairly similar players. Dotson is the better shooter, Reed maybe a better defender. Reed was the 32nd pick.
