Is Allan Houston out?
Milwaukee Bucks front-office executive Craig Robinson, the brother-in-law of former President Barack Obama, has accepted a position with the New York Knicks, league sources told The Vertical.

Robinson plans to fill multiple roles for the franchise, including player development and serving as general manager of the Knicks’ development league team in Westchester, league sources said.

The Knicks have restructured the front office since parting with Phil Jackson, promoting Steve Mills to president and hiring Scott Perry as general manager.

Robinson was hired in 2015 as the Bucks’ vice president of player and organizational development.

Robinson, 55, had a standout career from 1979-83 at Princeton, where he was a two-time Ivy League Player of the Year. He also held several collegiate coaching jobs spanning two decades, including head-coaching stints at Oregon State and Brown and an assistant position at Northwestern.

It has begun.......

White House press secretary Josh Earnest added one more possibility to the list: NBA owner. The proclamation came with a lot of caveats: "potentially, if the opportunity arose, under the right circumstances." Earnest, though, was clear on one point: The president has "discussed" being part of an NBA franchise ownership group.

Its always something like this with Knick regimes, and it never turns out well, lol. IDK, we're due. Just sounds very familiar, doesn't it? As long as it works.

Begley reporting that Houston will keep his role as W's gm.
Knicks are hiring Craig Robinson, brother-in-law of former President Barack Obama, for a front office role, league sources confirm. Robinson is not expected to serve as GM to the Knicks' D League team. That role is expected to continue to be filled by Allan Houston, per sources. The Vertical first reported Robinson's hiring.

Even Obama could not fix this mess, but I am sure he will be attending some Knicks games next year.

Now that maybe an offer even Dolan may have to accept.

Nalod @ 8/7/2017 9:13 PM
knowing Dolan, he'd try to hire him to be Knicks president with Phil kind of money!!

You know the best way to get a job...REFERRALS. As long as the person referring you is a stand up good, smart person, you have a 75% chance of landing that job if you present yourself as a quality person/candidate, despite your weak history or resume, the job is yours to lose.

I guess thread responses are telling also, right?
