There is a live streaming channel for roku called xtv. They have a pretty big list of channels including espn, news networks and they all appear to be working. They also have UK channels and local news channels. They have a list of on demand tv series, and movies that is pretty extensive and current. They also have continuous streaming channels for a lot of popular tv series. It is the best channel I have come across and there is no charge.

I watched the Tankee game on xtv last night until I had to go to bed. It was a great feed and the picture was better than the non hd version of espn that I usually watch.
