Scotto scooped the Beasley signing as well. I wonder if he has a source in the front office.
nixluva @ 9/14/2017 5:26 PM
I have no problem with this. We have only young PG's and they could use some Vet help to learn from. Don't know what Jack has left but it doesn't hurt to take a look and see.

The youth movement is in full effect, we got some journey players , some G league players, some 2nd rounders.
Mills is headed for exec of the yr

Stop overreacting to basically a Camp Tryout for Jack. As for adding guys like Sessions and Beasley they're low cost roster fillers and vet help. We have a LOT of quality youth so what's your problem?

No, they don't give out the executive of the year to someone overseeing a rebuilding year, like Mills is.

What were the last 3 years?

Attempts to compete that were not successful, hence the need to rebuild.

It can't hurt and might help a little.

What are you actually arguing here? The right thing was to break that team up and try something else. All the while drafting KP and Willy!!! That formed the basis of this team's future and no way I take that back at this point.

When are you going to realize none of that old stuff matters at this point. The current roster is built upon the young talent collected since the KP Draft. This is the Era we're in now.

Think Sessions is going to be traded

Thought we had enough older vets, but if Jack can show something, why not?

Very important signing... like this...

This is the house that Jack built.

This is the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the dog,
That worried the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cow with the crumpled horn,
That tossed the dog,
That worried the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the maiden all forlorn,
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn,
That tossed the dog,
That worried the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the man all tattered and torn,
That kissed the maiden all forlorn,
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn,
That tossed the dog,
That worried the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the priest all shaven and shorn,
That married the man all tattered and torn,
That kissed the maiden all forlorn,
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn,
That tossed the dog,
That worried the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the cock that crowed in the morn,
That waked the priest all shaven and shorn,
That married the man all tattered and torn,
That kissed the maiden all forlorn,
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn,
That tossed the dog,
That worried the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

This is the farmer sowing his corn,
That kept the cock that crowed in the morn,
That waked the priest all shaven and shorn,
That married the man all tattered and torn,
That kissed the maiden all forlorn,
That milked the cow with the crumpled horn,
That tossed the dog,
That worried the cat,
That killed the rat,
That ate the malt
That lay in the house that Jack built.

Was never a true rebuild so long as it was around melo.

There never will be true build until the people who hired melo are gone.

You see, the owner of the company doesn't just get rid of the slack workers, he start with the person/s who keeps hiring in effective people.

No argument.

I'm happy to amend to 'this year is an on-court rebuild year.'

I have NO idea if it'll be successful, but that doesn't change the fact that's what it is.

MEH! Golden State Warriors were losers until they weren't! This Knicks team isn't doomed because of Dolan. Dolan hasn't stopped KP, Willy or Kuz from performing well during Eurobasket. Dolan won't stop THJ, Nitty or Dotson from performing either. Either these players perform or they don't.

Mills, Perry and Jeff all have to do their jobs. It's not gonna be about Dolan at that point. Just the GM, Coaches and Players. The Knicks have some good talent to work with despite all the naysayers.

signing below average journey pg's, who were never good enough to secure long term contracts, is not the sign of a FO making power moves, or remotely focus on winning. I would have preferred marbury
