jesus with this kid, as soon as we think we're going to see him, he's gets some minor injury that will hold him out..smh
You do realize that is the intentional approach from this Training staff? Better safe than sorry. This approach has improved this team's games missed due to injury. Knicks have been one of the better teams in this regard. If he's fine tomorrow we may see him.

No conflicts then. I am just watching the Yankees.

Is that your own personal assessment, because I seriously doubt there's a stat for that, and I know you don't follow every teams training regime, or how they handle injuries.

SIGH 😔 BRUH do I ever just say stuff without having done research? I post TONS of support for things I write. The Knicks used to be the worst in terms of games lost due to injury but one thing Phil changed was how the Knicks handle players health.
Knicks 2015-2016 Games Missed Due to Injury: 125 (13th) 2015-2016 Cost of Games Missed Due to Injury: $6.3 million (11th)

When it comes to staying healthy, every little bit of preparation helps in the eyes of Kristaps Porzingis.
Porzingis, 22, is trying something new. His longtime Spanish physiotherapist will live in New York for this season, as The Post reported Friday.
Porzingis indicated his physio will travel to road games, too — on Porzingis’ dime. His name is Manolo Valdivieso, who worked with Porzingis all the way back to his Spanish League games in Seville. Valdivieso also worked with him all offseason in Europe as the 7-foot-3 Latvian made a point to stay away from New York.
After missing 26 games in his first two seasons, Porzingis will make this adjustment in an effort to improve durability.

His defense was solid but he still is adjusting to the quickness and strength of nba players. The kid definitely should start.
I love Frank but that scrimmmage was run at 60% speed with little effort and was basically ASS.
Frank looked fine but very little to take away from the scrimmage where nobody is defending and everybody is basically sleep walking thru the 11AM start time.
Yes it was only a scrimmage but they werent sleepwalking out there. I understand not wanting to overhype somebody but so far we have heard glowing reports about frankie since training camp started. We never got to see him in summer league and his stock dropped in the eyes of some people but its obvious this kid has skills on both sides of the ball.
Yeah when you take into perspective that he's only 19 and already looked quite comfortable running the team while also looking for his own offense and defending. We haven't had a Drafted PG with this combo of talent in a long time. ☀️😎
Not since Frank Williams.

Berman being a pig with "He might miss first game and he missed SL questioning his durability"
He got a bruise playing in the French league finals!!! Knicks were already done 7 weeks already!! Phuching media. Nalod tempering down expectations. Like the kid to take a few shots, get his feet wet. Don't care what he or Dennis smith does first few games. Don't get hurt and get used to the speed.

I don't think he's been ruled out by the team yet for the game tonight and actually i'm sure he hasn't but i can't see them taking any chances with him if he feels any pain at all or anything uncomfortable with his groin today.

Yeah it’s a bummer but even if he feels something totally miniscule, they should let him rest a week. He probably needs it anyway after his busy Summer. The good news is he didn’t miss training camp so at least he started being acclimated to the team and system.

Berman is fat! Only thing I would listen to him about is where the biggest slice of Pizza is sold.
Proof.... Did you ever notice that when he asks a question, there is always food in his mouth?
