The Hawk was one of the greatest ballers to ever cpme out of Brooklyn. The Hawk could palm the ball like a grapefruit. He was high flyer like Dr.J who lost some of his prime years over a b.s. shaving point scandal when he was in college.

RIP Hawk.

Another All Time Great passes on. He's part of a group of under appreciated big time players.

Played in the wrong era...Belonged in the 1980s, IMO. Would have fit in well.

Sad news. Never saw him play but read his autobiography a long time ago.
