Knicks · Kwahan Leonard almost traded to Knicks (page 2)

Surely this would have been with Jackson in charge, where he was probably so pissed at KP that he would have traded him for stocking full of coal (with an albatross of a contract).

But Kawhi would have been an outstanding price tag - certainly pop wouldn't have done this trade for anything involving Melo unless it came attached to like 2-3 unprotected 1st round picks. :)

As it turns out, perhaps Leonard may never be the same player (maybe the post injury Leonard may have a ceiling of Richard Jefferson instead of MVP caliber).

The Knicks dodged a bullet if there is any truth to this story.

Lots of truth here. He has played less games than KP over his first 3 years. And now this. Feel bad for him

You mean Kawhi's first 3 years compared to KP? Because Kawhi's rookie year was the lockout shortened one and they only played 66 games that season.
