As in Rick the ex Knick Brunson.... that just dawned on me. Man are we getting old!

Btw.... Jalen Brunson is damn good. He's gonna get drafted low but he's gonna have a high impact in the league. He's really really good

you have been old for awhile

The way he shoots it he would be a great pick with that Bull's 2nd rounder, especially if we draft a big

Absolutely... but we're gonna have to clean up the clutter of guards we have if we want him. I think the kid is worth it.... I hate to be the franchise that holds him back though because of the depth chart

Say Knicks take him with the Bull's pick. I think we would give him a Dotson/Willy type contract where he's locked in super cheap for a couple years.
PG depth chart would be: Frank/Burke/Mudiay/Baker
I mean that is a lot of warm bodies and not much else. I love Frank (you dont) but who knows what kind of player he is. Mudiay is doodoo. Baker is a warm body. Is Lance was a PG he would be Ron Baker. Burke is pint sized and could be a good scorer off the bench for years but prob isnt starter material...

Again, it depends on who else we add but Brunson would a nice round 2 pick up for sure

The future as I see it, and it will change, but for now is Hardaway/Frank in the back court. I prefer we draft a 3. Naturally if POrter drops there is back concerns and you bring him along slowly. CLee can still play there but he is not our future. Troy Willams might have a place. I don't know where Mudiay really fits, but he can play at the 2 with his size. It goes without saying he needs to improve his shot. If he does, he and Timmy are similar?

I like Frank I just dont think he's a point guard. I also think if Mudiay is doo doo. Frank is ca ca ( that's French for doo doo)

Even if their was a clutter currently. You draft Brunson expecting him to eventually be a big part of the rotation down the road. If he is the player we hope he is (if we draft him) then he will force the coach to get him mins at some point during the 3 yrs he would be signed for.

I don't think he makes it to the 2nd round though. Just like Josh Hart last season. I can see him getting in the late first round. A winning team with a strong record like Boston, Golden State, Minny, and Indiana love to add guys like Brunson.

Brunson -they say - doesn’t have the speed and athleticism to be a NBA difference maker. I mean how good was Dad anyway. I remember His ole man but not his game
