Calm down lol Everyone knows our tank game doesn't really get going till the third....
LOL
What is crazier is that the f'n Heat are fighting for playoff positioning, and the Knicks, even without Kanter, Beasley, and KP, made them look like a lottery team.

We could have potentially moved up to 7th and increased our odds of moving up in the lottery to draft Porter or Doncic - in my opinion, a tier up from Carter and Bridges. Every little bit helps man
Also Sacramento just won so maybe we could’ve gone to 6th. Who knows?

the difference is the team that picks 8th could take the player you want at 9th
Why waste your energy getting mad at us winning? Miami definitely wanted to lose and if would’ve been to blatant a tanking job if we had worked to lose. It’s the way it is. At this point, if we are getting the 8th, it can still happen. If not? Pick the best player available as we know there will still be good talent there.
Now, the league DOES need to do something with the tanking. This season has been too obvious. I’d create a mechanism where teams that evidently rested healthy players and had unreal losing streaks would get fewer chances at the lottery.

they are making some changes. The bottom 3 will have the same odds. If they really want to stop tanking they should make it the bottom 10 teams or something like that
Westchester Knicks greater than NY Knicks.
KNicks played the vets in garbage time. I mean the same guys that shot like 5-50 vs. Orlando didnt miss vs. the Heat.
Knicks got good looks and hit them. Burke continues to run the offense well. Frank and Dotson looked great on defense. Kornet has more to his game than just hitting 3s, he's an excellent passer also.
There is such a thing as momentum for next year. If these guys like Kornet, Dotson, Hicks, Burke all know that they have a shot to pick up where they left off they are going to work very hard this summer and have more contact with the Knicks staff... this is how you build continuity. You have a bunch of hungry guys that come back knowing an offense, knowing expectations and looking to fight for NBA rotation minutes.
