Dolan wanted Allen to do a spot for MSG, I believe. Woody doesnt even do Directors commentary on the DVDs to his own films. Dolan didnt like it, but it wasnt out of character for him to say no. Allen has been a season ticket holder forever.

Hawke is an idiot. There is a way to be a fan and objective but Dolan gives those seats I assume go unsold for "celebrity row" and they can use their likeness on promo's. Hawke was not kicked out, he can buy tickets like anyone else and talk about what ever he wants. So in my book Hawke is being the lessor for this.
Dolan is petty but the reality is Hawke should have the common sense.
I have a friend that owns and restaurant and he often picks up my bill. If the food super amazing every time? No. I will never say a bad word because its just plain rude to do so. Hawke was being rude after being given free tickets. For him to not pay for his own tickets proves he is not a Knick fan. That, or he is just plain stupid.
