The Lakers seem to want to create room for the big three. If we can somehow acquire Lonzo Ball from them we should do it. I'd even trade next year's #1 for him. He's a generational talent.
With a torn meniscus. I get that’s a quick recovery but I’d like to see that recovery. And he certainly did not play like a once in a generation player. I would not trade next years precious number 1 for him.
If his farther can be banned from coming to NY in any capacity this could be interesting.
But because it is impossible it is not interesting.
This is ridiculous....The "Balls" are all hype .....nothing more and if you thought what happened to a Oak was bad at MSH...imagine the first time Lavar pop star off on Dolan

Lonzo Ball is a future Jason Kidd. We should go out and get him if we can. I don't care about his father. Fairly soon, Lonzo will distance himself from him too.
So Magic Johnson, in his first act as President of Basketball Operations, drafts a "generational talent" who is supposed to be the kind of player who "makes everyone better," but, one year later, has to be traded because Johnson, one of the great personalities and good guys of basketball can't control Lavar Ball, and it is expected that Lebron James, one of the great alpha dogs in the sport, wants to come to the Lakers, but wants nothing to do with Lavar Ball, but the Knicks, never known for getting the best out of players, are going to take Lonzo, who wasn't very good last year, anyway, and Lavar Ball, who cannot be controlled, and everything will work out hunky dory.
Do I have to write another long and convoluted sentence to show why we don't want the Balls in our court?
Lonzo, as a player, might very well NOT be worth pursuing anyway, and if you add to this the fact that you get his dad in the deal, it's a deal you want nothing to do with.
By the way...how much do you want to bet that Lebron James would prefer to have Ntilikina, instead of Lonzo, in a Laker lineup with him (And it might not only be because of a parent.)?
I agree, but “never getting the best out of players” is not an indigenous hereditary trait, it’s a symptomatic of starphuckidry process. As for Ball, hell no!!! Take out the hype and then evaluate the talent. I’ll root for frank at this juncture.
Not going to give a whole lot for a player that had an ok season with the kind of baggage he has. And knowing that we'd lose him to free agency unless we signed both his bum brothers even if he pans out.

No, no, no!!!! From his shooting to this injury to his family, this dude has red flags written all over him.
No interest in trading for LaVar because that’s exactly how it would work. Him amd the NY media would be f’ing awful.
