Watching FoxNews (Laura Ingrham) now is beyond bizarre.

Where are we now? Holy bejesus.

"The globalists are taking over." "Revenge of the global elites" who hate Trump's policies and who he is, but yeah that has nothing to do with what is going on now with this ridiculous farce hiding or excusing ilicit behavior all over the place that they usually go bananas over as requiring the harshest punishment.

Don't forget "abuse of power is not a crime." I just heard a prosecutor say that as a guest. A so-called law-and-order Republican. WHaaaatt? Only when it applies to "their people" do these concepts arise, yet they want to say the "liberals" are doing it? BENGHAAAZZIIIII ANYONE??? LMAO

These folks are pro-authoritarians who would probably have little problem with fascism if it were in place, and I'm not joking.

Fascism (/ˈfæʃɪzəm/)is a form of far-right, authoritarian ultranationalism characterized by dictatorial power, forcible suppression of opposition, and strong regimentation of society and of the economy[3] which came to prominence in early 20th-century Europe. The first fascist movements emerged in Italy during World War I, before spreading to other European countries. Opposed to liberalism, Marxism, and anarchism, fascism is placed on the far-right within the traditional left–right spectrum.

Democracy is destined to fail and lead to populism, which then turns into Fascism. People are naturally "conservative" and this allows them to slide easily into what is comfortable without having to examine it from a moral standpoint. 100.000 years of evolution has been based on greed/selfishness as survival skills - it's pretty hard to overcome them as a society. Individuals are able to do so but whenever we do something as group. community or society it's game over.

From USA Today about the app used in the Iowa Dem caucus.

What’s this about Shadow and where did the app come from? The app was created by a company called Shadow Inc., and issued by Jimmy Hickey of Shadow Inc., metadata of the program that the Des Moines Register analyzed Tuesday shows. A LinkedIn profile for James Hickey lists him as COO of Shadow and an engineering manager for Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign. Two other former Clinton campaign workers, former Gerard Niemira and Krista Davis, co-founded Shadow…The New York Times has reported that ACRONYM – a Democratic nonprofit founded in 2017 “to educate, inspire, register, and mobilize voters,” according to its website – supported Shadow. Its founder and CEO is Tara McGowan, a former journalist and digital producer with President Obama’s 2012 presidential campaign, The Los Angeles Times reported….Iowa Democratic Party Chairman Troy Price, who also worked as Clinton’s 2016 Iowa political director, did not immediately respond to requests for comment Tuesday about the relationship between the party and Shadow, which it paid $63,184 for website development and travelexpenses…’

It gets worse. According to the Los Angeles Times, in an article titled “Tech Firm Started by Clinton Campaign Veterans Linked to Iowa Caucus Debacle”: “Among Shadow’s clients is Pete Buttegieg’s presidential campaign, which paid $42,500 to the firm in July 2019 for ‘software rights and subscriptions,’ according to disclosures to the FEC.”
