This new draft is a disaster. The whole idea is for the worse teams to get the better picks. Yes, we all know about tanking but its been going on for years. The Spurs got Duncan that way! Now, NY can't get the top pick? and worse can fall to 5th!!??? That is total BS. I would like to see the NBA go back to just the record being the deciding factor. That's it.

The NHL, NFL and MLB do it this way. Why is the NBA different?

Yeah, that f’ing website always has us getting the 4th or 5th pick. I would be so upset if we end up with either of those picks.

Pick 2 - 0 times
Pick 3 - 2 times
Pick 4 - 1 time
Pick 5 - 3 times

Clearly it's just an RNG thing...let's hope our suspicions about a rigged lottery is true and Adam Silver recognizes the value for the NBA of Zion+KD+Kyrie in MSG.

Agree that the talent level has a big drop after Zion. Disagree that Ja should be number 2. Think Barrett can be elite and is still a better prospect. Specially when you look at the type of players Ja competed against. If we don't get the first two picks ,highly unlikely, I would not mind the Knicks trading it for quantity. Like Darius Garland, Deandre hunter,

i’m guessing he didn’t remember that resets went back to the knicks automatically and counted them.

Top 5 isn't so bad. But don't know if Reddish is a fit here though. As this team needs a dog(high motor play maker) or 2 or 3.

On the outside chance that we draft Zion. It would be interesting to see which FAs consider this the tipping point in deciding where they would like to play. Some might not want to be overshadowed by a rookie. Some might have their rings, and wouldn't feel threatened.

Looking at some of the tweets from stars, elite players, they're caught up in the hype as well. Mainly because there is so much substance to Williamson's game. Doesnt hurt that Zion is known for making players better. If he was just a highlight reel, doubt he would move the needle enough to factor into their decision.

Barrett is looking good. Will sting to see Zion go to another team. Still, a top 3 pick would be the best we would do since 85'. Not bad. 4 or 5, and Im blaming the tank brigade, lol.
