It doesn't seem like throwing Frank out there no matter how poorly he played was working. Trying something different that worked for Fiz with other guys should not be out of the question for Frank. It is possible that Fiz is doing this for a reason that doesn't harm Frank. Frank certainly wasn't working his way through his struggles on the court.

I think there are folks who get off on being to first to call out something bad to say "see, I told ya so." Of course, they'll pretend they never said it and won't bring it up again if they're wrong.
