Yeah, a good portion of the week for me.

I don't understand how people can stomach browsing the web at all without having installed uBlock origin (browser plugin) on their laptop/phone/other device.
I cannot abide ads and haven't seen any in years.

which browser is that available for? Safari?

I had similar ad issues, until I switched to

CM Browser.....It comes with certain ad blocking software by default, which fixed the issue. This was a cell phone only issue.

I have an Android phone, so I can't say if it's available on iOS. But I have a Mac laptop and use Firefox and Safari, and it's available there. I believe it's also available for Chrome, though I don't use it so can't say for sure. Search uBlock Origin in the extensions or plug-ins area.

Another option is to check out the Brave browser, which has built-in ad and tracker blocking.

I said Catalyst; actually the ad blocker I started using for iPhone is Crystal. it cost 99 cents and I stopped getting those awesome popups telling me I won a kindle or whatever

instructions are easy

Spoke too soon. They are back.
