The pacers are in win now mode with what looked like a season ending injury to oladipo. This might just be our chance to unload Hardaways contract and get a late first round pick back for it.
What could we work out with the pacers?
If they said they wanted him for some psychotic reason I'd just unload him as quickly as possible. I don't care what we get back.
Trier has shown he can do everything THJ can - at 17% of the salary.

They have a $hit ton coming off of their cap. Would they even be willing to take back a dime of salary beyond this season? They can’t REALLY think a big FA is coming their way, especially with how injured VO has been this season. I would give it a try if I were the Knicks.

I would love to get back Cory Joseph in a deal.
I think Lee would be more realistic, but they don't really have the salaries to match, unless they wanted to move Tyreke (who's been disappointing for them)- not sure it would make sense for them to move a SG to gain a SG after their starting SG got injured.

That is a horrible injury. Hope he makes it back. I don't think you are able to walk at all without surgery.
