well i agree the hardaway contract was terrible. However it seems KP made it known he was exploring FA and still intends to. At first i hated it but getting the draft picks help ease the sting. Plus KP has major injury concerns

KP’s surgeon was Dr David Altcheck who actually repaired my ACL, is one of the best in the country.
The doctor himself said KP will be back even better, which I definitely believe.
Shams reporting KP told Dallas he will sign the qualifying offer next summer.

we may get both. DSJ comes into his own and we still get good lottery odds.

We got mediocre assets. The firsts as of now are not really valuable, considering the Mavs will probably be pretty good in the short term and nobody's going to put high value on a '23 pick. Except the Knicks, but we can't trade with ourselves.
I agree that we weren't going to get full value for Porzingis...but two things about that is we could either waited to deal him for after he shows something on the court, or we could've gotten back something more than literally a penny on the dollar back for him.

How do you know? You do know that KP has said he will sign a QO which makes him a free agent after next year right. He may only be there a year. KP wanted out. The Knicks tried the pelicans but they said no
