he certainly seems to have improved during the season. Early on I thought bust. Last night, the little I watched he seemed in the flow, poised, a step ahead

Young players have their ups and downs.
He has talent but how it will translate to NBA is to be seen.
Smaller player is more talent margin and durability he has to have to play at high level.
Only time will tell.

Trae is definitely good, at least on offense. Really, really good passing and playmaking ability and you have to figure that his shooting is going to improve. His defense is always going to be a problem and limit his overall impact but he's been way better than I thought he would be.
