Frank needs to be able to hit a damn jump shot or he can't stay on the floor. You can't shoot 34% , 29% from 3 and expect to play.

If I'm Fizz, how I play it. I send Frank to the G league right away when he is healthy. I would sell it as him working his way back. This would buy some time. Could bring him back with about 15 games left or so to then see how the Smith/Frank combo works.
