Ringer pod talking about how there is no way Kanter can play for the blazers in the playoffs.
Been peeking in on the boxscores and seems like Kanter is always at the bottom in the +/- catagory
This reminds me of a clip I watched on Inside the NBA where a few of them thought the Blazers could make it to the finals because of how much Kanter and Hood improved their team. All I could do was laugh and say that they obviously don't pay close attention to Blazers/Knicks games other than looking at the box score.
The worst is the lack of passing. He tries to compensate on O for his D but he's so single minded he freezes out the team and turns it over a lot too. Terry Stotts and Dame are a good steady coach and best player tandem. I hope they find a way to get through to him and use his ability usefully. He's got good qualities but he's so fired up on his own narrative it gives him blinders. I don't think he needs to pump himself up. He needs to realize he's jacked enough and needs to learn vision and awareness of team and opponent. Some players have learned to change - I hope he does I'd be happy for him, Portland is a good place for it and he'll need to if he wants a job next year.
