who knows if it's legit or not but something to discuss.
i think alot of teams are going to find out that they need some quality depth. you can't survive a full season and then a post season w/ only 5 solid players. you need 8-9 contributors to get to the end. and that's especially true for teams with players that need rest during the season.

I still wanted to sign KD after the injury then I read this article and it has given me some pause.
i'm enjoying the ainge/morey shambles of an offseason.
some guy on reddit who's leaked stuff before and has been verified by their mods says horford is going to the sixers.
from a financial perspective, if sixers renounce reddick, scott and one of harris/butler, they will have $30+ mil in cap space. so they could conceivably renounce reddick, scott and harris - sign horford for 4/90, then give $8-10 mil to reddick and then re-sign butler.
4 years for a 32/33 year old horford is quite a big committment.
Weird choice for him, i thought the sixers would go after guards and 3pt shooters

with that said...you can't go from awful to great in one shot. you need to get decent first - and adding early prime decent players will get you there. there's no guarantee you can make a leap up after that but you have to get there first. ross will help in the regular season but be warned - he's streaky.

interesting about the sixers. Would give them a real grown up in the locker room, who has won and people would listen too.
having said that they could do that cheaper with other oprtions. Seems strange to pay that much for Horford with Joel on board

Just caught up with hahn's Monday espn radio show and he seems resigned to us striking out in FA (he was pumped for signing KD last week), so looks like the Knicks know it ain't happening

Horford to Nets............. Been with Atkinson. Kyrie beef was with the youngins. Horford was in ATL with Atkinson so there is a connection.
Lebron wins with third team.......Its epic. 4 rings with three teams? Its not "6 for 6" but its got its own thing. Clippers with Kawhi contenders out of the gate? What doe knicks have to attract him? There is a perspective that Knox and Mitch are good prospects. DSjr could be a real good guard. And Barrett. Its not an instant thing. Add Durant, or D'angelo Russell.

This is such a dumb tweet, over that span the lakers have drafted 2, 2 and 4 (sorry but even an absolute moron can fathom that the 2nd and 2nd pick trumps the 8th and 9th) and were the main team AD wanted to go to and the only one he’d guarantee staying with. And they gave up 3 future unprotected firsts and control over their next 5 draft picks.

Something we should be looking into...Pick 21 is enticing. Roberson, I believe is an expiring contract this year...Schroeder expires in 2 years and is a nice asset.

We have a collection of past lottery picks that seem to be on the way out of the league. The fact that he seems to be an idiot makes me believe Perry won’t look into this. They seem to be trying to get high character guys.
