4-17 RJ 😬
blkexec @ 7/5/2019 11:19 PM
The curse of the knicks 3rd quarter lives on.....

Barrett needs to develop a right hand, or he will look like this during the season. Everybody just sitting on his left hand. Hes playing with 1 hand....once he figures how to use both, he'll take his game to the next level.

BigDaddyG @ 7/5/2019 11:19 PM
RJ has to learn speed of the game. I think he'll be OK attacking the basket. His decision making might take some time tho.
GustavBahler @ 7/5/2019 11:19 PM
Barrett has been a step slow, not ready for the pace against faster players.

are you gonna mention the good things he has done?

I just want him to become the heir to Frank.

jokes...He also just made a nice move to the rack.

he has been making great moves to the rack all game.....oops I forgot not impressed right? lol

And done nothing worth criticizing?

I gave him a compliment, can you critique something in what you've seen?

I have critiqued. He is a rookie who is probably nervous and a bit gassed

All due respect, none of those are actual critiques. Those are rationalizations that don't critique anything he's actually doing.

You might be right, but some of these problems are similar to those I and other critics of his game were concerned about.

How about (for today, not saying FOREVER, but have been issues before):

inefficient/poor or inconsistent vision/black hole-esque
questionable decision making
defense not so great
is he athletic enough to be a game changer?

And too much dribbling and no off-ball movement.

Would have been Biblical if it happened right after a Zion dunk.

It could've been the aftershocks from his earlier dunk lol
