This makes me happy both because it was a fun post and because he's gone

With Knicks luck, he will turn into an allstar for Portland

An ALL star on a minimum contract, while we pay Taj $10M. Just because.

Thank goodness...was terrified we might resign him

Ok, that's the final straw, I'm becoming a Raptors fan lol Anyone but Mario Seriously, wish him the best. Fizdale and track record with Euros, I tell you

We could have resigned him if it was a minimum deal... you could argue he is good value for your 13th player

I think he was friends with Enes

I suspect Enes told him he should go to Portland; that they don't care if you don't play defense

Or you could argue that he hasn’t shown much since being drafted and Knicks already have a lot of wing players who need minutes

jskinny35 @ 6/30/2019 11:23 PM
Well he's definitely not lived up to his potential and we do have a lot of wings now! Just surprised he would leave this early in free agency to take a minimum deal...

Or you could suppose martin fronted Mario a share of the UK ad revenue if he took the very first offer he received that kept him in the league.

Our sponsor enjoys being right.

He's a bad decision maker, this is a key issue why some guys who are talented just don't find any real success ( to be fair, staying in the league is a form of success for many guys)
