I’m glad he had a good performance these playoffs, I’ve liked his stance throughout the BLM protests
Finally got to re-watch a clip of the ending of the Utah-Denver game and my god how many mistakes can both teams make?
Donovan loses the ball driving to basket.
Murray doesn't hold ball and run out as much of the clock as possible and get the inevitable foul
Tory Craig misses wide open layup
Conley does not pass to wide open Donovan for last shot.

Think conley probably sealed his Utah fate with that (I'm hoping the rumor of him for randle is true). Though I'd also add the mistake of Donovan Mitchell staying down when he lost the ball rather than getting up and trying to get back down the court asap- think he thought he'd blown it and the game was over.
I know people ride players for choking, but I absolutely get how you can become a nervous wreck in those situations with the game on the line and make so many mistakes.
^ I guess I missed the rumor of Conley and Randle swap?
This sums up the ending to the Heat-Bucks game for me:

i watched the game and didn't think the guys were sloppy, as much as tight. Denver lost like a 20 point lead; utah couldn't sustain
all that said both teams were exciting and i can only i imagine how excited their fanbase is.
malone is a great coach. he switched the starting line up a few games back (for more D) and they came back from death's door. why can't we get guys like that -- oh yeah forgot...
utah strikes me as that type of team "always a bridesmaid never a bride" i know that's weird that i thought of that for sports. but as good as they can be i never see them getting to that next level
denver's highest pick is murray as a #7. utah is same (Conley was high but he's old now and recent addition). We don't need top picks to be good
Dort is what Frank only hopes to be

Play nice!
This is Franks year. Clear role
Frank Haters get your shots in while you still can.
Harden defense wins the game. Who’d a thunk?
Michae Porter off the bench getting rebounds impressed me.
MEdia writes about Donovan extending and knick dream about him over. Fabricated media hype because he i from NY area.
Kudo’s to CP3 for a great plant based season. 4 month layoffs also rejuvenated him for a strong finish to the year. This is a guy who finishes the season banged up most years.
Kudo’s to Billy Donovan for a great season. He took a team who took CP3 as a salary dump to a 5th seed out west and a game 7 against a strong Rocket team.
To me Rockets just seem to overachieve every year which is why they typically flame it come playoff time. They are tinkering on the extreme with their brand of ball. Some of you see them as underachieving in the playoffs. I see it at the natural balance restored.

OKC are set up so well for the next decade with all those picks, no bad contracts and SGA to start to build around, I'm jealous!
These playoffs have been so much better than last years, so far- some great games and performances by unexpected players, great to see new players stepping up out of nowhere
Vernon Maxwell’s tweets have been pretty funny having a back and forth with Utah and OKC
Rebecca Harlow working the Raptors/Celtics game tonite. Got get em’ Martin!
Looks like might be in some trouble.
Rockets playing much better than expected, underrated defense being played by the team. PJ tucker is the x factor of the team by far.
Things I'd like to see now Mavs are out -- Lakers/Lebron fail, Toronto beat Clippers/Kahwi. I'm a petty guy.
TripleThreat wrote:Deep dive. Lots of buzz around the league on Devin Askew and Makur Maker. Won't be part of this draft. Analytics guys, aka calculator brigade heroes, are keen on Charles Bassey.
Not all that familiar with Makur's game, but is it similar to his brother's? If so, then he probably needs two years in college. Thon had tons of physical potential, but he was just too raw.
Bucks playoff series does not look good.
