Add Fiz to the bad
RJ had an extremely efficient game. Shows what he can do if he simply deletes low percentage fg attempts from his game. So far looks like he’s taking to coaching very well. His free throw shooting needs work.
Knox stepped up and had a solid game.
So after 1 game, it looks like we have around 7 good contributors:
Randle, RJ, Morris, Payton, Portis, Knox, Gibson. Figure 8 with Mitch.
DSJ and Frank were really quite disappointing. Ellington. Trier. All dead weight out there.
Frank telegraphed his passes and dribbled a bit without purpose. A bit of regression.
I’d like to see Dotson get a shot over Ellington.

Yep, I'm not sure if RJ will ever be a super star, but the kid can play. Drafting a guy who can be a legit pro is half the battle. This loss sucks, but I'm encouraged.

Yep, I would love to see For out there with RJ. I hope he gets to his normal play soon
This games out come would have been different had Fizdale not started a stupid lineup to begin with. Barrett is not a PG. Trier is a sixth man at best. When Payton picked up his 5th foul he went back to Barrett at PG. I was like what the hell you doing put Frank back in. Fizdale has an opportunity to build Frank up instead he took it as an opportunity to demote him. With this one stupid move he took the air out of the entire team.
I’ll be the first to admit that Frank didn’t play well, but why is it that everyone else can make mistakes but Frank can’t. We are working with a self proclaimed Wack job of a leader.
