In the article it says he was responsible for the Starks signing. Makes sense, tho I always credited Riley for some reason. He was also responsible for the Pitino firing. RIP. I don’t think he fired Patino he left for Kentucky. Known for taking Strickland when he had Jackson already. Traded Strickland to Spurs for Cheeks.

I remember that he(Bianchi) didn’t approve of the style Pitino was playing. The constant pressure and picking up full count he didn’t think was sustainable at the pro level.
