I like Frank where he is. Unless Payton is hurt, would like to see him start. Dont want to see anyone be given the job at this point unless they play well enough (for a while) to take the job from Payton. How it should be no matter who is the starting PG from this point on IMO.
Frank played well off the bench. would like to see Fizdale make the starting PG spot more of a reward, give the other PGs on the roster something to shoot for. If Frank can start chipping in more on the scoreboard, show more consistency, thats someone I wouldnt mind seeing as the starting PG.

Agreed

I think Frank is only in consideration to start because Payton might have a hamstring injury.
Also if Allen maintains the shooting performance he displayed for the team last season. He would fill a huge need. Again all determining if Payton is out and Allen recovered from his own injury.

that only happens if he gets to play. that's where fiz hasn't been doing himself or the team any favors.
Like a third of the Knicks roster are PGs and all but Frank are out

he still won't get in until the orlando crowd belts out "we want frank" . . . .
sounds like the Prince might be starting... I hope he explodes and we never look back.

She looks sturdy enough to take the pounding we're about to give the Magic, am I right?
frank can "sntach" the starting PG spot with few FIBA like outings.

Frank wasnt the only one in that boat. Besides, how many legit runs has Frank been on? Goes long stretches without getting to the line, low pct shooting. That hasnt done Frank any favors either.
Did a good job last game, if Frank csn show that he csn be counted on for a little more offense, believe Fizdale will think of Frank as more than a temporary fix at stsrting PG. If Frank starts, its up to him to make a case as a long term option.
I hope Fizz is making PT decisions on the way guys are practicing and playing
Honestly, might be good to start Trier again if he has been practicing well. He and RJ both think about attacking on offense if nothing else
Frank coming in off the bench is not such a bad thing right now. He can do his thing, build some confidence having a stopper-type role and take it from there.
This is a winnable game. We need to play hard and smart for 48 minutes!!
very interesting game. Orlando has a bunch of interesting parts. I predict a big game for RJ. He's going to get favorable matchups at both PG/SG and I expect him to get some things done. I would try to get him going early. Evan Fournier is not in there for his defense. Isaac is off to a great start. Hopefully we can contain that meathead Vujacek who always seems to play like he's an all star vs. the Knicks.

That's one consideration. Ball movement and defense are prob why Trier sat last game. And his hot/cold shooting.

Agreed. that's why i had if in bold; he needs to earn the start
I'm a little worried that Fizz may be massaging egos and giving minutes to some guys even if not earned if they start to sulk. Totally thought he was doing that with DSJ who (for whatever reason) was simply not ready to contribute in a game. Trier has been a little pouty too
We'll see. Really liking RJ
