I beat the team up because i know we should be winning more..and although I hate the FO, I totally agreed with them as far as we should be better than last yr.
all 5 of the sixers losses were on the road, which is why I gave the w in hopes they continue that trend.
Pacers are ok, they are not title contenders,and are currently just 2 games over 500.
If we are prepared, we can beat the Celtics and spurs, if we play up to our level. The celtics have had cup cake schedule so far..just 3 wins came off playoff teams
I'm a little more optimistic base on our last 3 games

Knicks are playing better for sure. We will see if the trend continues. Knicks need to play well enough to hang in games and they have been better there for sure. Getting Ws is another story and that is part of the process as well.

I personally see 0 and 10 here. I am supposed to believe the Knicks are better than any of those teams? The Knicks are as close to as talented as any of those teams? The only team I think we have a chance against is the Nets but I think little brother is always motivated to kick our butts and they will have the best player on the court

Read an article about the rise of Luka and his gaudy 10 rebounds a game. 29 pts per game and 9.7 assists.
Kid is throwing up sick numbers this season. Looking at Harden who at times has put up some gaudy assist numbers peaking at 8 per game with career 6.2 and rebounding at 5.2.
Doncic and Harden are freaking guards!!!
Melo career avg is 3.0. Best year is 4.1. His rebounding is 6.5 career with peak 8.1. Melo lack of passing is evident in his anemic assist stat and key to his limitations. He was last evolution of Big Robinson, Glen rice, Etc. This is not a slight on him. It just talking points to his extinction. MDA tried. He had the handle, rebound ability, penetrating ability and the shot. Had all the tools but for what ever reason could not evolve. Then Harden happened. now Luka. Melo has a place as prolific scorer in his era. Career is statistically better than Bernard Kings.
Melo is a statistically bonafide HOF.
15.8 ppg, 3.6 assists and 5.6 Rebs our true 19 year old in his first 14 games has some mighty big shoes to be even in this conversation but if the next big thing is rebounding wings that can score and create then RJ Barrett is a good prospect for us. I cannot in good conscious do any comps but its fun talking points.

Its about who we are. And we are not so good.
