What a great game. Hats off to Mike Miller for giving these guys well defined roles and for playing to their strengths. Peyton with a really solid game at point - ZERO turnovers, Barrett, Knox and Mitch had their best combined output ever. Knox showed glimpses of his game from Kentucky for the first time since becoming a Knick. That dunk he went coast to coast had Giannis written all over it. Barrett was sick and Mitch was just having fun all thanks to heady PG play by Peyton. And then there was Morris doing his thing. I hope we keep Morris, and I hope Knox can actually take this game and build on it. Most of all I hope we give Mike Miller enough time to really show what he can do. The people who wanted to keep Fizdale and his bass ackwards incompetence can suck it.
That Porzingis trade is looking better too.

A lot of this is bringing Payton into the fold but a lot more of it is putting guys in position to succeed. Morris and knox spending more time at PF is an obvious example. Hope the front office is taking notes and Miller keep doing what you’re doing.
