Probably heard KP was back playing tonight. 2-13 so far in the game.

Just what we needed for the playoff run.

LOL..That pretty funny but in all reality I thought he was the difference in us making the playoffs or not.

I was looking for him to come in this season and play at least to the level Felton did his 1st yr as a knick with Amare.

you also thought Trey Burke starting was the fast path to 50 wins.

We REALLY need an athletic DSJ playing well. Getting him off the bench and attacking and scoring would be amazing. Fingers crossed. Im getting sick of Elf and would rather see Frank/DSJ play through mistakes etc as the season goes on.

Good to know. Wish both Frank and DSJr had spent time in G-League, Really not expecting much, if Smith jr plays, rust and all. The most welcome development would be for Smith to.be healthy enough, and engaged enough to be a threat at the rim.

I hope DSJ turns it around, but am pessimistic about it. He's messed up in the head now more than his oblique

Payton is a nice backup point guard for a good team. A lot of folks could use him.

Need to open up minutes for DSJR and see what he can do. Likely nothing, but watching 5 veterans on the court at the same time is giving me nightmares of othella harington, Clarence weatherspoon, erik strikland and the rest of the elite talent we assembled over the years.

I'm not in a hurry to trade anyone. But, I was thinking how our line up yesterday was all vets/young vets - Morris, Randle, Peyton, Bullock & Gibson. There is no excuse for how bad we are. Except the lack of talent.

yup. In the offseason I called this team Layden-esque... we overpaid for middling talent just like back then

The talent is not bad from a individual stand point, but as a collective group, it is pretty ugly.

We have so many one dimensional players and a bunch of guards that can't shoot

unless you are really down on Randle I disagree... Layden signed or traded for guys with 4-5 years left. Spoon got 5 years. Eisley and Anderson had 3 years left (i think). I hear you on the mediocre, but the only commitment was to Randle who looks OK at worst and productive at best.
