Dolan must be glad to hear it. Glad Perry is running this. He got us a decent haul for Melo, who needed a year off, he was so spent. Believe he's a better estimator of value than Mills. More value in trading Morris.
Mills seemed to operate on Dolan's desire to suck up to agents and hanger ons. Seeing this process play is giving me little hope. Dolan is getting advice from former rap moguls, agents....everyone but legitimate basketball people. I would give a first-round pick to bring Jerry West just so he can mollywop Dolan everytime he gets into one of his moods

I would trade morris to denver grant,craig ,monte morris and 2020 first round via rockets if the LA teams want to play hardball.
I said this earlier i doubt the lakers do a trade i think just blowing smoke plus they don't have contracts to trade .

that would give them Morris and allow them to play small ball at a high level, and/or have a great back up to Lebron and AD.
Ideally the Knicks would take Green back with Kuzma because he could be traded for something else as well.

You need value for morris not bunch of garbage that's what both LA packages are and not enough value . The clippers package is garbage because the pick isn't going to be high pick and probably be 28 in a bad draft. I predict the clippers will trade with bulls thaddus young cheaper contract . Morris is scoring close to 20 points game so i need good value not crap value and best trades sometimes are the ones you don't make .

I agree, but unfortunately, I don't see any other team being in on the game. Our choice is literally just Kuzma plus salary (even if you get Green and can flip him, the most you'd get is a 2nd rounder- he's sucked this year) or Clips late 1st plus salary (and that's if they don't pull the plug and go after someone else instead). That's it. The question isn't whether Kuzma is a good player, it's whether he's a better player than one you'd get with a late first in this draft. (I genuinely don't know enough about either to make a call)
